‘WAPA to promote excellence in procurement’

 

InstinctWave in its effort to appreciate and encourage professionalism in some sectors of economy in West Africa and Europe, has introduced West Africa Procurement Awards (WAPA) for procurement and supply chain industry.

InstinctWave known for initiating several business awards in West Africa and Europe WAPA 2016 to celebrate outstanding achievements by rewarding companies and individuals who have demonstrated an unparalleled ability to succeed and have continually set standards of excellence in the procurement sector.

InstinctWave in a statement said, the cream of West Africa’s procurement and supply chain industry will be recognized and celebrated in front of an audience of industry professionals on a date that will be announced.

It said, procurement has been the benchmark by which progress in organization growth and service delivery has been measured, it is time for procurement function to shine and be rewarded for promoting excellence in the sector.

“The WAPA 2016 Awards, will, hence, provide the perfect platform for the most exciting initiatives and innovations, as well as the inspirational people driving progress and change in the procurement sector. President InstinctWave, Mr. Akin Naphtal, said that WAPA 2016 is the first of its kind and it is set out to boost the morale of the professionals in the sector.
